    or
  • You can download a copy from the Pierce County Auditors Office online now. (See directions below.)

1. Visit hartweb.co.pierce.wa.us
2. You will need to acknowledge the disclaimer to enter the site
3. Choose "Official Public Records Search"
4. Enter "Clark's Bluff" into the Party Name
5. Select "Declaration of Covenant" as the Document Type
6. Click Search
7. You will be able to choose the document type (Either PDF or TIFF) after clicking on the "Image" icon on the right of your screen.

Violation & Assessment Procedures

Each month English Ridge Homeowners inform the Association of many different issues and violations. It is the responsibility of the Association and the board of directors to resolve these violations in a timely fashion.

Rental Policy

In the interest of protecting homeowners, families, and preserving property values within the community, the Association has developed a standard set of policies and procedures addressing the renting/leasing of homes within the community. Gate Code Access Update/Change Request

• Please allow 5-10 days for your update to be complete. We will notify you when programming is completed.
• Mail your $40.00 Gate Code Update Fee with this form to Around the Clock, Inc. (Please make checks payable to English Ridge Homeowners Association).

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Request

• An approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of any fence, shed, barn or other exterior structure or home modification is required before work can begin. This form is the application for approval. After completion, it should be forwarded to Around the Clock, Inc., 422 West Titus St., Kent WA 98032. Please attach a lot diagram showing the location of the improvement and drawing showing any details that should be considered by the committee.

Newsletter Advertising & Online Ad Policy

• Commercial Advertising in ER media would include our newsletter that is in print, and distributed to over 250 community residents and homeowners AND is also posted on our web site. Ads will run for one quarter - the same schedule as the newsletters release.
