2011 Homeowner Dues
The Association moved to a twice yearly billing cycle starting in 2010. ½ of the Assessment is due by the end of January with the remaining due in full by the end of July. This is to help homeowners spread out the payment and put much needed money in the HOA account in the start of the year.
There are multiple ways to pay your dues. A check can be written and mailed to our property management company, automatic withdrawals (ACH) can be set up directly with the property management company, or you can use the Bill Pay feature through your bank.

Assessment Payment Procedures
The due date for the above assessments shall be payable on or before the 1st day of January and July of each calendar year. If any assessment is not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest and be accessed a late fee as stated in the policies and procedures. If any outstanding balance reaches ninety days past due, the Association will file a lien on the property and assess a lien filing fee to the balance owing. If legal action is required by the Board to ensure compliance, the homeowner will be responsible for the cost and it will be added to the balance owing.

January 1st - First half of the Semi-Annual Assessment is due.
February 1st - Late Fee and Interest
March 1st - Late Fee and Interest
April 1st - Late Fee and Interest
April 1st - Lien Filed
May 1st - Late Fee and Interest
June 1st - Late Fee and Interest
July 1st - Second half of the Semi-Annual Assessment is due.
August 1st - Late Fee and Interest
September 1st - Late Fee and Interest
October 1st - Late Fee and Interest
October 1st - Lien Filed
November 1st - Late Fee and Interest
December 1st - Late Fee and Interest
