HOA Board Meetings
The English Ridge Homeowners Association Board meetings are usually held at Collins Elementary (4608 128th St E, Tacoma, WA 98446) during the school season, otherwise they are held at a homeowners private residence. They are held on the second Thursday of every month, beginning at 7:00 pm. No meeting in December and annual meeting held in June.
Meetings are open to the public. Topics of discussion are posted all month online for review by the community residents. Please email the board at board@englishridge.org if you plan to attend to confirm dates and locations.
ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
The annual English Ridge Association meeting will be held on June 12th at 7pm. The meeting will be held at Collins Elementary.
If you will not be able to attend, be sure to assign your proxy to another HOMEOWNER in the community or turn your ballot/proxy into a board member as soon as possible. For questions regarding the meeting or the proxy process, please email the board.

HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Association Budget
The board is always working hard to minimize the costs of the Association but we are also required to maintain the Association at it current standings.
Current Community Topics
- Adopt-A-Road : Community Clean-Up Project - Saturday March 17th and Saturday, June 16th at 9 AM.
- Other than the benefit of having a nice clean road, there are other benefits of the Adopt-A-Road. When the HOA takes care of the road this allows the HOA to contact the county when illegal items are dumped in the neighborhood and to have the items picked up free of charge.
- Community Block Watch
- Watch for New Block Watch Signs to be posted at entrances to neighborhood. Contact our Blockwatch Committee if you have any questions.
- Landscaping
- Please watch for the water to be turned back on for the sprinklers this spring. Please let the board know of any running water immediately. Send emails to board@englishridge.org
- Advertising
- The February Issue of the newsletter had our 1st paid advertisement. Thanks to this and hopefully many future advertisements the newsletter will soon pay for itself.

"Current Community Topics" are activities and issues that the board may be discussing at any given time. In most cases, topics are about upcoming events and activities. However, sometimes the topics are about issues brought up by community residents that are requesting feedback from the board. Topics commonly discussed are landscaping, residential construction (i.e. Porch awnings, exterior painting, or grounds maintenance needs), and adherence to the Rules & Regulations.
