An approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of any fence, shed, or any other exterior structure is required before work can begin.  An approval is also required for changes to your landscape and exterior of your home, including changes to the exterior colors.  Note: If you are repainting your home the original color no approval is needed.

 

Attach a lot diagram showing the location of the improvement and also showing any details that should be considered by the ACC.  Please be specific with plant types, materials and colors to be used.  Incomplete requests will be returned without a decision.  Keep in mind that the committee can take no more than 30 days to reach a decision, but must take at least 8 days. 

 

The ACC Request form is the application for approval. Complete both pages, then it should be forwarded to: Around the Clock, Inc., 716 W. Meeker ., Kent WA 98032.
